Yes. Please understand we cannot be responsible for postal delays as they are out of our control. In the UNLIKELY event your package is lost by the postal system we will replace it and ship via the original shipping method, not expedited at our expense. We apologize in advance for any RARE but POSSIBLE delays caused by the USPS. They do happen on occasion.

Q: What do I do if my order tracking states "delivered" but I don't have it?

Please notify your local post office immediately. CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE and inquire with your tracking number. It is likely your postal carrier will know where it was placed. The faster contact is made with them the more likely they are to find it.

We cannot be responsible for errors by your local postal carriers, so please contact them promptly for their best service.

We are unable to offer expedited shipping like second day or over night delivery.

Yes, on most occasions we can offer you our 10 day completion for $12 per item. This does not include shipping time, only our completion time. Please note we may not always be able to offer RUSH service due to our workload. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Please inquire. This fee is non-refundable even if item is returned, or if postal service causes unforeseen delays.

Rings, earrings, necklaces, bangles, cuffs, and some leather wrap bracelets will be tucked inside a drawstring organza gift bag inside a foam filled kraft jewelry GIFT BOX. Silk wrap bracelets and some leather wrap bracelets will be sent on their own display gift card with instructions on the back and do not fit inside gift boxes.

Q: Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, if you do not require a return or exchange post purchase. FREE shipping for orders over $50. RETURNS and EXCHANGES will incur reimbursement of our original shipping and insurance cost of $6 if order under $299, over $300 is $8, over $400 is $12. You receive FREE shipping ONLY if you keep your order.

Buyers pay $6 for EXCHANGES.

Returns within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE only on ELIGIBLE items. Must be ORIGINAL UNWORN condition. STORE CREDIT may be offered on a case by case basis after the 7 day grace period.

CUSTOM ORDERS are a final sale ineligible for refunds/exchanges.

RINGS incur a 15% inventory restock fee on sizes 4-10, 25% on larger sizes.
